3.Petition filed through E.Mail seeking anticipatory bail for the petitioners, who are A1 and A2 in crime No.18 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

CRL OP(MD). No.5040 of 2020 4.According the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the defacto complainant's husband was stabbed, during quarrel by this petitioners by using broken beer bottles. Injured was taken to hospital and treated for nearly 10 days as impatient. These petitioners committed offence but absconding, so the respondent police is not able to secure them for investigation. 5.Considering the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
