This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct enquiry by considering the representation 2/6
of the petitioner dated 25.11.2023 and to take appropriate action forthwith to revoke the licenses and No Objection Certificate issued to the 7th Respondent Corporation for the purpose of running a petrol bulk in the name and style of Bharath Petroleum Corporation Limited in the Wakf properties in S.Nos. 436/1 and 437/2 totalling 13,816 Sq.ft of Chettinayakkanpatti Village, Dindigul District within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though lease period was expired, the 7th respondent is running the petrol bulk for the past eight years and no rent was paid by them. In this regard, the petitioner has also sent representation on 25.11.2023. However, till date the said representation has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition with the above said relief.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 6 and 7 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 25.11.2023 would be considered in accordance with law.
4. In view of the above, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the 6th respondent to consider 3/6
and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.11.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the all interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order,
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
