ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members from the respondents 3 and 4.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that the petitioner appeared before the respondent police yesterday only, but, the private respondent did not appear.

3. Let the private respondent appear before the respondent police on 17.04.2023 without fail. Depending upon the enquiry, further action may be taken by the 2nd respondent. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the out come of the enquiry, he shall work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
