ORDER

As only a minimum relief is sought for, we shall dispose of this Civil Revision Petition today at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioners and perused the material on record.

3. The revision petitioners seek partition by metes and bounds of the schedule mentioned properties in O.S.No.83 of 2009, which is pending in the Court of the Sub Judge, Srivilliputtur. The suit is ripe for trial.

4. On perusal of the 'B' Diary, it is seen that it is being adjourned for one reason or other. In the circumstances, it becomes necessary to speed up the trial and dispose of the partition suit.

5. In the circumstances, the learned Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputtur is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.83 of 2009 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
