O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to issue patta for the petitioner's property in Survey No.24/4 at Kallambal Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District, measuring 1 acre and 21 cents. The petitioner seeks disposal of his application for patta dated 27.02.2025. 2.When the writ petition is taken up for admission, learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner has earlier moved this Court, not once but twice, by way of writ petitions in W.P.(MD)Nos.3558 and 4374 of 2019. The first writ petition was filed by the petitioner seeking issuance of a No Objection Certificate for the very same property in S.No.24/4. This Court disposed of the said writ petition holding that no positive direction can be given. In the second writ petition, the petitioner sought for issuance of a 2/5

Mandamus to dispose of the representation dated 14.02.2019, for issuance of patta in respect of again the very same survey number of the same extent of 1 acre and 21 cents. The said writ petition was dismissed, holding that the subject lands have been classified as water body.

3.Suppressing the earlier Writ Petitions, the present Writ Petition has been filed. I am therefore, not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
