ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.07.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 41-A) TNP Act and 5 & 6 TNRS Rule, 2000, in Crime No.513 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been detained under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
