Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents. 2.The petitioner had availed loan from the fifth respondent Society. The petitioner had committed default. Now he wants to enter into One Time Settlement with the fifth respondent. He has also given an application in this regard. The writ court will not be justified in issuing any direction as such. Call has to be taken by the concerned Society.
