ORDER
The petitioner has made a representation to the respondent on 05.04.2018 and 24.04.2018, seeking permission and protection for Sri Arulmigu Kumara Vadivellar Temple at Sethidal, Tiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District on 28.05.2018 and for the "Aadal Padal dance" programme.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.According to the petitioner, he made the representations dated 05.04.2018 and 24.04.2018 to the respondents to grant permission and protection for Sri Arulmigu Kumara Vadivellar Temple at Sethidal, Tiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District on 28.05.2018 and for the "Aadal Padal dance" programme. As no order has been passed in the said representation, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation is still pending with the second respondent. Therefore, this Court may pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
appropriate orders to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law.
5.Considering the submission made by both parties, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 05.04.2018 and 24.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
