ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, the FIR was registered in Crime No.827 of 2019 and after completion of investigation the said FIR was closed as mistake of fact on 20.01.2020 itself. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
