This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register F.I.R. based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.04.2016. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.14 of 2016 under Sections 323, 342, 406, 506(i) and 498(A) I.P.C. and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 by the second respondent Police.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
