ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to produce the offending vehicle before the Court below. 2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondent Police have already produced the vehicle before the Court and the petitioner has also got the vehicle back by filing appropriate petition before the Court.

3.In view of the subsequent development nothing survives in this petition and accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
