ORDER

The Petitioner filed this petition to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C in Crime No.796 of 2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, for a period of 20 days.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
