This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.11.2017 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.268 of 2018 has been registered under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
