ORDER

This petition has been filed for seeking for transfer of investigation.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondent Police have already investigated the case and have filed a closure report before the Special Court, Madurai on 23.01.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that no RCS notice was served on the petitioner. Copy of the closure report has been handed over to the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 4.Liberty is given to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the Court below and work out her remedy in accordance with law.

5.The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
