O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR against the wife and father-in-law of the petitioner alleging that they have broke-open the petitioner's house and stolen an amount of Rs.40,000/- and Gold Chain and other articles.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner's wife namely Bhuvaneswari also gave a complaint against the petitioner and both the petitioner and his wife appeared before the respondent and they have agreed to withdraw both the complaints and accordingly, both the complaints have been closed and also filed a Xerox copy of the written statement given by the petitioner and his wife Bhuvaneswari.
