This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 10.08.2015 made by the Family Court, Tirunelveli in unnumbered I.D.O.P. Of 2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the validity of the documents should be analyzed only after numbering the application, but the Family Judge, Tirunelveli has rejected the petition without numbering the petition questioning the validity of the documents.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on records.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the learned Judge to number the application. Accordingly, the learned Family Judge, Tirunelveli is directed to number the I.D.O.P and proceed with the case.

5. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
