This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.11.2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since one Balamurugan criminally intimidated the petitioner, complaint has been lodged before the second respondent police. He further submitted that the police has not taken any action on his complaint and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking direction to the respondent police to register the case.

the jurisdiction of Theni Town Police Station Limit, the petitioner voluntarily requested the second respondent to close the petition with liberty to give a fresh complaint before the concerned jurisdiction police station. Accordingly, the complaint was closed.
5.The learned counsel for the petitioner also fairly conceded that the petitioner is willing to give a fresh complaint before the jurisdictional police station.
6.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
