2. The petitioners seek disposal of the petition-mentioned unnumbered appeal.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The third respondent is directed to number the petition mentioned unnumbered appeal and pass final order on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The third respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice 2/4
