ORDER
This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the third respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members based on his representation dated 28.02.2024,
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner is pending. He further submits that they will conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same within a week.
3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the respondents 4 to 8, directs the third 2/4
respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.02.2024 and dispose of the same, within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, on merits and in accordance with law.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
