Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks refund of the excess tariff amount said to have been collected from the writ petitioner's mill. The petitioner has given representation dated 28.07.2018 in this regard.

3.The second respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioners representation on merit and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
