O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register the case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated on 14.11.2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one Palanichamy, he is doing finance business and he advanced a sum of Rs.40,000/- to the husband of the petitioner. But, he got a mortgage deed for Rs.4 lakhs. Hence, the petitioner has given a complaint before the third respondent on 14.11.2017. But, so far the third respondent has not registered a case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending and he undertakes to complete the enquiry within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
