This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 29.11.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent did not take any steps to enquire the matter and register the case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the contrary submitted that the matter is purely civil in nature and when it was taken up for enquiry by the second respondent, the petitioner appeared and gave a written statement that she will seek remedy before the Civil Court and accordingly, the said complaint was closed.

5.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
