ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner, who had a private grievance against the Director, has come forward to file this writ petition, without impleading him as party respondent, seeking action against him to conduct an enquiry by the respondent No.3.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader produced a communication stating that the allegations made are not true in pursuant to the enquiry conducted. The work was completed in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.6913 of 2021 year 2014. The dispute between the petitioner and the Contractor arose during the said time. Thereafter, he gave a complaint in the year 2018.

3.In the light of the above, we do not find any reason to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
