O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and direct to him not to interfere in Civil dispute, based on his representation dated 26.02.2025.
2.According to the petitioner, there is a money dispute pending between the private respondents and the petitioner, thereby, the 3rd respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner. Taking advantage of the same the second respondent is harassing the petitioner to settle the dispute. In this regard, he sent a representation to the respondent police on 26.02.2025 and the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that third respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner and the same was enquired and closed. The second respondent has called the petitioner only for enquiry purpose and not harassed the petitioner.
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and the submission of the 2nd respondent, this Court is inclined to close the petition without issuing notice to the third respondent, by recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 5.Accordingly, this petition is closed.
