Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the third respondent to register the First Information Report on the basis of the complaint dated 28.10.2017 given by the petitioner for offences under Sections 354 & 506(i) of Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998 and consequently direct the first and second respondents to supervise the investigation.

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register the First Information Report on the basis of the complaint dated 28.10.2017 given by the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

enquiry was conducted based on the complaint given by the petitioner and in the said enquiry, the petitioner as well as the opposite party have agreed not to create any problem in future in respect of the administration of the Temple and accordingly, the said complaint was closed and the same was intimated to the petitioner.

4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
