ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the Crime No.850 of 2025 dated 16.12.2025 on the file of first respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli, in C.C.No.252 of 2026.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, by filing a petition seeking further investigation under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C., / 193
