ORDER

The petitioner is in occupation of Shop No.3 in the Weekly Market Kamuthi. He is presently paying a sum of Rs.740/- per month as monthly rent.

2.In the impugned auction, the highest bidder has offered to pay a sum of Rs.4,400/- per shop. This Court posed a question to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner if the petitioner is willing to match the offer. The petitioner's counsel stated that the writ petitioner is not in a position to match the offer made by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the highest bidder. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is given eight weeks to vacate the petition mentioned shops. The undertaking given by the petitioner through his counsel is placed on record.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
