representation dated 18.01.2019 on merits and in accordance with law, after putting Thiru.Kalimuthu son of Muthuraja on notice, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter.
