ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.ANANDKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in all the Petitions and of MR.R.SRINIVASAN, Caveator on behalf of the Respondents in CMP(MD)No.4130/2018 IN AS(MD) No.SR5850/2017, the court made the following order:- These Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 365 and 367 days respectively, in representing the above Appeal Suits.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and on being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned subject to condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) as costs, to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, these petitions shall stand automatically dismissed.
