ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is having business activities in Chinnamanoor. The learned standing counsel for the bank is right in his submission that the petitioner must approach the jurisdictional branch. The petitioner is given liberty to approach Chinnamanoor Branch of State Bank of India and submit his application for issuance of loan under the petition mentioned scheme. The said branch will receive the application and deal with the same on merits and in accordance with law as per the norms. They will take a call as expeditiously as possible.
