ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment made in S.F.No.146/B, Pujai Thotakurichi Village, Thalavapuram, Pugalur Taluk, Karur District.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that removal has been taken place and what is remaining is the standing trees.

3. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
