ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the Court below to take the memo filed by the petitioner on file and pass appropriate orders.

2.It is seen from records that a complaint under Section 138 of NI Act is pending in CC No.57 of 2005. The petitioner is an accused in the said proceedings.

3.The petitioner filed a memo dated 12.07.2017, seeking to direct the respondent to produce certain documents before the Court. 4.The said memo was filed based on the order passed by the Court below in CrMP No.305 of 2006 on 26.06.2006. The respondent has also filed a counter affidavit for the said memo. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the Court below has not passed any orders on the said memo.

5.In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the Court below to pass appropriate orders on the memo filed by the petitioner and the Counter affidavit filed by the respondent for the said memo, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
