ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent to consider and take necessary action based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.02.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 06.02.2018 to the respondent making allegations against one Mohamed Dharip, Sub Inspector of Police, Thiruppasethi Police Station. As no order has been passed in the said representation, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that summons has been served to the petitioner for appearance of the petitioner for enquiry, but the petitioner has not turned up for an enquiry. 5.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will co-operate for an enquiry. 6.The learned Additional Government Pleader further submitted that if the petitioner co-operates for an enquiry, the respondent police shall give an opportunity to the petitioner and thereafter, pass an orders on the petitioner's representation. 7.Considering the above submissions made by both sides, this Court directs the petitioner to appear for an enquiry before the Inspector of Police, Manamadurai Police Station along with relevant documents and the third respondent shall monitor the enquiry conducted by the Inspector of Police. 8.With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
