The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) No. 1 of 2015 is also dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to raise all the grounds raised in the petition filed under Order VII Rule 11 C.P.C in the main suit. The trial court is directed to dispose of the suit withina period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
