The Criminal Original Petition under Section 482 of Section Cr (PC) praying this Court to call for the records connected with the case in Crime No.314/2016 pending on the file of the respondent police and to quash the same as illegal with regard to the petitioners are concerned.

ORDER: This Criminal Original Petition is coming on for hearing, and upon perusing the affidavit and petition filed, this Court made the following order:

The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that copy application has been returned. He would further submit that since his copy application has been returned, he was unable to pay an amount within a time frame fixed by this Court, as per Order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 29.08.2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17885 of 2017 and would pray further time may be extended by one week.

2. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to pay an amount, on or before 25.01.2019.
