ORDER
Seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 10.06.2014 and 06.02.2019, and to transfer the petitioner from Thanjavur Medical College Hospital to Tuticorin Medical Hospital or Ottapidaram Government Hospital or Pudhukottai Government Urban Primary Health Centre, Pudhukottai, at Tuticorin District, the present writ petition came to be filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of
admission.
3.It is the case of the petitioner that she is working as Staff Nurse in Thanjavur Medical College Hospital. Seeking transfer to any other petition mentioned Hospital, she made representations to the respondents on 10.06.2014 and 06.02.2019. However, the respondents have not considered the said representations till date. Hence, she approached this Court.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representations would be considered on merits. 5.Under such facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.02.2019 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.The writ petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
