ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that, the matter became infructuous. The gun was directed to be handed over due to the election process and same will be returned after the election process is over.
2. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives in the present petition. But, however, a submission was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that each and every time, the Authorities are making such orders and he is a member of National Rifal Association of India. However, no exemption can be granted by this Court to the petitioner. It is a routine process which the petitioner has to abide.

3. With these observations, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
