PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by interfering with the civil dispute.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the respondents 3 and 4. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that a case has been registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 447, 434, 435, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.350 of 2017. He further submitted that there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police. The copy of the First Information Report has also been placed before this Court.

Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the appropriate forum, if he so advised.
