The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, seeking disposal of his application for survey dated 25.02.2025. 2.The petitioner claims right under registered sale deed as well as Patta No.1265, mutated in his individual name. In view of the above, there can be no impediment for the survey authorities to go ahead with the survey based on the petitioner's application dated 25.02.2025.

3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey and based on the petitioner's application dated 25.02.2025, within a 2/5

period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
