3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that neither no FIR is registered nor petition enquiry is pending, as against the petitioner herein and therefore, the alleged threat of arrest is not true.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
