ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.14919 of 2025, dated 19.09.2025.
2.Heard both sides.
3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition for the past 15 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a period of four weeks, thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
