ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents to register the first information report based on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.03.2018 2.The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police. But till date, the respondent police have not taken any action. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the third respondent, the petitioner came before this Court. 3.If the complaint lodged by the petitioner makes out any cognizable offence, the third respondent shall register the F.I.R.
