2.By order, dated 26.03.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.291 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 31.01.2026.

3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.751/2026, dated 29.01.2026, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further time to comply with the order, dated 26.03.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 26.03.2025. 20.02.2026 pal To The Principal District Judge, Nagercoil.
