ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C., in Crime No.6 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The defacto complainant is one Merlin. She was informed by one Vijayalakshmi that the job of Assistant Branch Manager is available in a Prompt Mutistate Co-operative Society, Rahuman Nager. The defacto complainant paid a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees two lakh only) on the direction given by the petitioners herein. The defacto complainant was paid with a sum of Rs. 100/-(Rupees hundred only) per day. Thereafter, the Branch Office itself was closed and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioners are said to have been absconded.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that similar complaints have been received from as many as 12 persons.

5.Taking note of the serious allegation against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.
