Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide 50% of money from his Employees Provident Fund in EPF No.11555 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 13.11.2020 and 13.01.2021.

*********** By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 1/3

petitioner was appointed as Junior Tradesman and now he is working as Special Grade Tradesman - 5 in the third respondent Corporation. The petitioner had applied for withdrawal of the EPF amount for his daughter's marriage. But the said application has not yielded any fruitful result. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has performed his daughter's marriage by arranging funds from private sources. Hence, this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider his loan application dated 13.11.2020 and disburse the amount within a reasonable time to enable the petitioner to meet out his needs.

4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the loan amount will be disbursed within a period of four [4] weeks.

5.In view of the above, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 13.11.2020 and 13.01.2021, and disburse the loan amount within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
