ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners, to direct the second respondent, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the third respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that one of the sons of the third and fourth petitioners, namely, Sathishkumar had eloped with one Meena, who is the daughter of the third respondent and hence a complaint has been lodged by the third respondent and based on the said complaint, the second respondent is harassing the petitioners.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that apart from lodging a complaint, the third respondent has also filed a Habeas Corpus Petition in H.C.P.No.1559 of 2017, in which the said victim Meena, has been produced and hence, the said Habeas Corpus Petition was disposed of. victim has been produced and she is a major, the second respondent had no idea to call the petitioners for enquiry any more. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
