Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the authorities to remove the names of the dead persons in the voters list for the election to be held on 31.03.2019 for the third respondent Society.
It is seen that the representation was filed on 11.03.2019. Therefore, as rightly pointed by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents, the petitioner cannot https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
post a representation to the authority and file writ petition on the next day. This Writ Petition is dismissed only on this ground and it is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter. No costs.
