It is a petition seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case pursuant to the petitioner's complaints dated 02.08.2016 and 05.08.2016 respectively and to investigate in accordance with law.

2. Heard the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner and based on the video footage, FIR has been registered on 24.08.2016 in Crime No.631 of 2016 for offences under Sections 448, 427, 379(NP) read with 109 IPC.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is closed.
