Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner wants the second respondent to intimate him if any document has been presented for registration in respect of the petition mentioned land properties. I am of the view that the writ petitioner wants to avail a remedy as available in caveat. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Such a relief cannot be granted in this case. Because, there is no provision to pass on such an information. I find no ground to grant any relief in this writ petition. This writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
