ORDER

The present petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct the Peace Committee meeting to enable them to involve the fifth respondent and the villagers of four sects of Kandanoor Nattar https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Unregistered Trust situated at Kandanoor Village, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District and prevent the conduct of festival scheduled on 22.03.2019 by the fifth respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.

3.Both sides evince interest to participate in the Peace Committee meeting to resolve their outstanding differences. 4.Therefore, the third respondent is now directed to hold the Peace Committee meeting on any convenient day after the General Election to be held on 18.04.2019.

5.The Writ Petition stands disposed of.

No costs.
